244 Pursuant to the provisions of section 26 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916, notice is hereby given that the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 6th day of August, 1917, will proceed to make the inquiry, authorized by subsection (1) of the said section 26, with respect to the interests of Hamiora Matahera Paretaua, Rirituku te Puehu, and Ereahara Wetere in Section 1, Blocks IV and VII, Waihi South Survey District (portion of Matata, Lot 63), and to thereafter make such cancellations or alterations required to bring the succession orders up to date.
