REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kawaha 5B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 12th day of February, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to George Urquhart shall be agreed to.”

Dated at Rotorua this 20th day of January, 1917.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Aratokotoko Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 12th day of February, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to F. A. Gainsford shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to F. A. Gainsford shall be agreed to.”

Dated at Rotorua this 20th day of January, 1917.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutuwhinau 1B is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Cross Roads (Manutahi) on Saturday, the 10th day of February, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Tutuwhinau No. 1B Block be leased to Tuta Ngarimu, of Whareponga, farmer, for twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the Government valuation of the said land, together with a right to a renewal for a further twenty-one years at yearly rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.”

Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of January, 1917.
