Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Estudiantina Club is no longer carrying on its operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Friendly Societies Act, 1909.—Advertisement of Cancelling.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act, 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 19th day of January, 1917, cancelled the registry of the Waihi United Friendly Societies Hospital Conference (Register No. 324) held at Waihi, on the ground that the said society has ceased to exist.

Cancellation of Certificate.

NOTICE is hereby given that the certificate of incorporation No. 36 granted to the Auckland Chamber of Mines on the 10th day of October, 1896, is hereby cancelled, on the ground that the said society has ceased to exist.
