Crown Lands set apart for Disposal by Way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 11, Block VII, Catlins District: Area, 194 acres 2 roods 20 perches.
Section 12, Block VII, Catlins District: Area, 223 acres 1 rood 10 perches.
Sections 43 and 44, Block X, Glenomaru District: Area, 428 acres 1 rood 3 perches.
Section 35, Block IV, Glenomaru District: Area, 211 acres.
Section 23, Block VI, Woodland District: Area, 198 acres 0 roods 19 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-second day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
