BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY OF PENINSULA.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded towards the north-west generally by the Otago Harbour from the City of Dunedin at Anderson's Bay to Taiaroa Head; thence towards the east and south generally by the sea to a point in line with the south-western boundary of the Borough of St. Kilda; thence to and by that borough and the City of Dunedin to Anderson's Bay, the place of commencement.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF TOMAHAWK ROAD DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, bounded towards the north generally by the Borough of St. Kilda from its south-western corner to the City of Dunedin, by that city to Section 6, Block VII, Anderson's Bay Survey District, by that section, Section 12, Block VII, and Section 10, Block VIII, Anderson's Bay Survey District, Section 25, Block I, Otago Peninsula Survey District, and the road forming the south-eastern boundary of that section, by Sections 24, 26, 27, 31, 32, and 34, Block I, Otago Peninsula Survey District; thence towards the south-east by Sections 37 and 38, Block I aforesaid, to the south-western corner of the said Section 38, and by a right line due south to the sea; thence towards the south by the sea to a point in line with the south-western boundary of the Borough of St. Kilda, and to the south-western corner of that borough, the place of commencement.
FOURTH SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF PORTOBELLO ROAD DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded towards the north-west generally by Otago Harbour from the boundary of the City of Dunedin at Anderson's Bay to the north-western corner of the Otakau Native Reserve; towards the north-east by that reserve and Papanui Inlet, and again by the said Native reserve; towards the south generally by the ocean, Hooper's Inlet, and Sections 31 and 30, Block V, Portobello Bay Survey District, across a road, by Sections 2 of 64, 2 of 36, 1 of 36, 35, 34, 33, 45, 47, 49, and 2 of 51 to the Portobello Road, across and by that road and Sections 1 of 46, 2 of 46, 53, and 52, across a road, and by Section 71, all of Block II, Otago Peninsula Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of Section 73, Block II aforesaid; thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 70, by Section 71 aforesaid, and by Sections 63, 65B, 66, and 65A, 66 aforesaid, and 67, Block II, Otago Peninsula Survey District, a public road, and Sections 10, 9, 2 of 8, 1 of 8, 7, 6, 5, 1 of 3, and 1 of 2, Block I, Otago Peninsula Survey District; and thence by the boundary between Upper Harbour East and Otago Peninsula Survey Districts to the northern-most corner of Section 1, Block VIII, Anderson's Bay Survey District, by that section, and across a road to the boundary of the City of Dunedin; and thence by that city to Anderson's Bay, the place of commencement.
FIFTH SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF THE PENINSULA ROAD DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded towards the north generally by Portobello Road District, hereinbefore described, from the eastern boundary of the City of Dunedin to Hooper's Inlet; towards the cast by Hooper's Inlet and the sea; towards the south by the sea to Tomahawk Road District hereinbefore described, and by that road district to the City of Dunedin; and towards the west generally by that city to the Portobello Road District, the place of commencement.

Redefining Boundaries of the Borough of Port Chalmers and the County of Waikouaiti.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 20 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, the boundaries of the Borough of Port Chalmers are hereby defined as set out in the First Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the said borough having been altered by Orders in Council dated the 6th day of December, 1915, made under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, as amended by the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1915, published in Gazette No. 141, of the 9th day of December, 1915.
And also, in pursuance of the said section 20 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, the boundaries of the County of Waikouaiti affected by the said Orders in Council dated the 6th day of December, 1915, are hereby defined as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF THE BOROUGH OF PORT CHALMERS.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, bounded towards the north-west by the south-eastern side of the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section 42, Block VI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, across a road, and by its eastern side to the road intersecting Section 6, Block I, Lower Harbour West Survey District, and by the southern side of that road and its production to high-water mark of Otago Harbour; thence towards the east generally by high-water mark to the northernmost point of the area Crown-granted to the Superintendent of Otago, 7th April, 1862; thence by a right line, 750 links; thence towards the south-west by a right line, 1800 links; thence again towards the north-east by a right line, about 480 links, to the George Street Pier; thence again towards the south-east by the said George Street Pier to Beach Street; again towards the north-east and north-west by the north-eastern and north-western sides of Beach Street to a point 115 links from its most northern extremity; thence towards the south-west by a line at right angles to Beach Street, 110 links; again towards the north-west by a right line, 1100 links; again towards the north-east by a right line, 158 links, to Beach Street, and by the eastern side of the said Beach Street to the southernmost corner of the said area Crown-granted to the Superintendent of Otago; thence again towards the south-east, south, and west generally by high-water mark of Otago Harbour to a point on the southern side of Mussel Bay in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 62, Sawyer's Bay Survey District; thence by a right line to and by the said Section 62 and by Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Lower Harbour West District, to the road at the easternmost corner of the said Section 4, across that road, by Section 4 aforesaid, across a road, again by that section to its northernmost corner; thence to and across the road at the southernmost corner of Section 38, Block VI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, by the north-eastern side of the road forming the south-western boundaries of Sections 38, 37, 36, and 35, Block VI aforesaid, and by the north-western boundaries of Sections 35 and 39, Block VI aforesaid, to the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section 42, the place of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY OF WAIKOUAITI.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded towards the north generally by Waihemo County from the north-eastern boundary of Taieri County to the Borough of Palmerston, by that borough, and again by Waihemo County to the sea; thence towards the east generally by the sea to the Borough of Waikouaiti, by that borough and again by the sea to the Borough of Port Chalmers, by that borough and Otago Harbour to the Borough of West Harbour; thence towards the south generally by the Borough of West Harbour and the City of Dunedin to Trig. Station S on Swampy Hill; and thence towards the south-west by Taieri County to Waihemo County, the place of commencement.
