HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the following appointments and promotions of officers serving in Samoa:—
Lieutenant Rupert Walter Westmacott, from the Reserve of Officers (General List), to be Aide-de-Camp to the Administrator, and is taken on the strength of the Expeditionary Force (Samoa). Dated 3rd August, 1916.
