NOTICE is hereby given that the situation or locality of the office or place of business in New Zealand where legal process of any kind may be served on the RIMU OPTIONS (LIMITED) (hereinafter called the said company), and where notice of any kind may be addressed or delivered to the said company, has been changed from the Railway Hotel, Weld Street, Hokitika, in the Provincial District of Westland, to the office of Henry Leslie Michel, Wharf Street, Hokitika aforesaid.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

PALMERSTON NORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Palmerston North Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £24,000, authorized to be raised by the Palmerston North Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for duplicating the twelve-inch water-mains at Tiritea, extending the water reticulation within the borough, and extending the sewer through unsewered streets where necessary, the said Palmerston North Borough Council hereby make and levy a special rate of one farthing in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Palmerston North, comprising the whole of the Borough of Palmerston North ; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

PALMERSTON NORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Palmerston North Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £3,000, authorized to be raised by the Palmerston North Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting separate conveniences in The Square for the use of ladies and gentlemen, the said Palmerston North Borough Council hereby make and levy a special rate of one thirty-second of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Palmerston North, comprising the whole of the Borough of Palmerston North ; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £4,000, authorized to be raised by the Palmerston North Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of constructing and fitting up a tepid bath, and acquiring a site if necessary, the said Palmerston North Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fourth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Palmerston North, comprising the whole of the Borough of Palmerston North ; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking-fund, and other charges on a loan of £86,000, authorized to be raised by the Palmerston North Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of constructing an electric tramway on the overhead-trolley system, and constructing an electric-light power plant, the said Palmerston North Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of fifteen-sixteenths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Palmerston North, comprising the whole of the Borough of Palmerston North ; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RICCARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of section 3 of the Lake Coleridge Water-power Act, 1915, the Riccarton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £3,300, authorized to be raised by the Riccarton Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Acts, for the installation of a system of electrical reticulation for street lighting, and the supply of energy for private lighting, heating, and power, and first year’s interest, and a sum of £200 for the wiring of private installations on a hire-purchase system, hereby makes and levies a special rate of seventeen-fiftieths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Riccarton ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-two years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
