Appointments, Promotions, Resignations, and Transfers of Officers of the Territorial Force.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, resignations, and transfers of the undermentioned officers of the Territorial Force:—

9th (Wellington East Coast) Mounted Rifles.
Lieutenant Edwin Arnold Nilsson is struck off the strength of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force and absorbed into the establishment. Dated 12th July, 1916.

Corps of New Zealand Engineers.—New Zealand Post and Telegraph Corps.
The appointment of the undermentioned 2nd Lieutenants (on probation) are confirmed:—
Thomas Oswald Lambie.
James Wallace Logan.

4th (Otago) Regiment.—Coast Defence Detachment.
The commission granted 2nd Lieutenant Henry Robert Ker is cancelled, under provisions of section 5 (a) of the Defence Act, 1909. Dated 20th May, 1916.
