IT is hereby notified for public information that the Mangapapa Town Board has, by special order, declared Bathurst burr and gorse to be noxious weeds within the meaning of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, in the district under its jurisdiction.

Special Order made by the Piako County Council altering Ridings.

THE following special order, made by the Piako County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Act, 1908.

PIAKO COUNTY COUNCIL.
Special Order authorizing the Altering of the Ridings of the County of Piako.
In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Counties Act, 1908, the Piako County Council resolves by way of special order as follows:—
The number of ridings of the County of Piako shall be altered in this wise—to wit, the Walton and Morrinsville Ridings of the county (2) shall be subdivided and formed into ridings (3) to be called the Morrinsville Riding, the Kiwitahi Riding, and the Walton Riding, the boundaries whereof are described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
Morrinsville Riding.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Piako County, commencing at the north-west corner of the Piako County aforesaid; thence easterly by the Ohinemuri County to the Piako River; towards the north-east by the Piako River aforesaid and the Waiharakeke Stream to the south-east corner of Part Maungatapu Block (shown on plan 1038A deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland); thence towards the south and west by the aforesaid part Maungatapu Block to where it junctions with a small stream running northwards to the Piako River, and by said stream to the Piako River; thence by the Piako River in a south-westerly direction to the Topehahae River, and by aforesaid river in a southerly direction to the southern corner of Te Mutu Block No. 1; thence northerly along the western boundary of the said Te Mutu Block No. 1; and thence westerly along the northern boundaries of Tahuroa No. 2, Tahuroa, Tahuroa No. 3 and Tahuroa No. 4 Blocks to the western boundary of the Piako County, and in a north-westerly direction by said county boundary to place of commencement.
Kiwitahi Riding.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Piako County, commencing at the south-western corner of the Morrinsville Riding hereinbefore described; thence towards the north generally by the aforesaid riding to the Waiharakeke Stream at the south-east corner of part Maungatapu Block (shown on plan 1038A deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland); thence by the Waiharakeke Stream aforesaid and the Te Whakahongi Block to its southernmost point; thence by the north-west boundary of Kahutopanga Block to the Piakonui River, along the said river in a southerly direction to a point where it crosses the eastern boundary of the Kiwitahi No. 1 Block; thence by the eastern and southern boundaries of aforesaid block; thence by the western boundaries of Kiwitahi No. 1b, No. 1c, and No. 1d Blocks; thence easterly along southern boundary of last said block; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Kiwitahi Nos. 1e and 1f, Te Konehu, and Tawawhakapuoro Blocks to the southern boundary of Piako County; thence by the southern and western boundaries of the said county to the place of commencement.
Walton Riding.
All that area in the Auckland Land District situated in the Piako County, commencing at the northernmost corner of Kahutopanga Block; thence by the northern boundary of that block; thence by the western and northern boundaries
