COUNTY OF CLUTHA.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD NEAR PILOT-STATION, PORT MOLYNEUX.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Clutha County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and its amendments, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the making of a public road; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the post-office, Port Molyneux, and County Office, Balclutha, and is there open for inspection, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Chairman, Clutha County Council, Balclutha.

SCHEDULE.

The parcel of land required to be taken :—

All situated in the Town of Molyneux, Otago Land District.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the construction of a road; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate Hall Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice (25th July, 1916), to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Hall Street, Pukekohe.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of parcel of land required to be taken : 2 acres 3 roods 16 perches.

Being portion of Section No. 54, Parish of Otau, situated in Block III, Survey District of Opaheke, Franklin County.
