Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Onemaroke B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 1st day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to William Augustus Limbrick, of Whakatane, for the sum of £2 per acre, or at Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuhuna No. 46 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 1st day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Donald Guthrie, of Manaia, Taranaki, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years at a yearly rental of 2s. 6d. per acre or 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungakawakawa No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Tuesday, the 1st day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Hone Waipuna, of Kaikohe, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years at the annual rental of 1s. per acre, or 5 per cent. on present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tapapanui A No. 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 1st day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Herbert Howarth Mountain, of Waimate North, farmer, for the sum of £1 per acre, or the present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Punakitere 2B 4A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 1st day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to William Augustus Limbrick, of Whakatane, farmer, for the sum of £2 10s. per acre, or at Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumarunui Township will be held at Taumarunui on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering certain proposals relative to the expenditure of such sums as may be necessary to insure the protection of those portions of the Native Township subject to erosion by the Wanganui River.

I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court, Hamilton, dated the 5th day of July, 1916, I was appointed Administrator of the estate of the above-named JAMES RICHARDSON (deceased), and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at the Courthouse, Te Awamutu, on Friday, 21st day of July, 1916, at 9 a.m.
All claims against the above estate must be lodged with me on or before the 5th day of September, 1916.
