Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matauri 2J will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Catherine Jane Leslie, of Kaeo, spinster, at a price equal to present Government valuation (£275); or alternatively, that the said land be leased to the said Catherine Jane Leslie for a term of twenty-one years with right of renewal for further twenty-one years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on present Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaingapokeno No. 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo, on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Hapeta Renata for the sum of £30, or at the amount of Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Takou East B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo, on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land, or part, be sold to Paora te Ohu for the sum of £1 per acre, or Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiaua C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Mangonui, on Thursday, the 3rd day of August, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Mita Renata, Ngapuhi Renata, and Makereta Renata at a price equal to latest Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaikou No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1916, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Kate Anne Finlayson, of Titoke, Whangarei, for the sum of £1 per acre, or at the amount of special Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”
