Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby confer on the said Heathcote County Council all the powers exercisable by a duly constituted Borough Council under sections two hundred and seventy-seven and three hundred and twenty-nine of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, section thirty-three, and subsection one as regards paragraph (a) and subsection two of section forty-five of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913, and section five of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1915, subject to the restriction and condition that such powers shall be exercisable by the said Heathcote County Council only within the Heathcote Valley Electricity-supply Special-loan Area and the Bromley Riding of the County of Heathcote as existing on the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block VII, Karioi Survey District, to be a Government Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of July, 1916.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared a Government road: 3 acres 0 roods 28 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 1 and Crown land, Block VII, Karioi Survey District (S.O. 18888).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40202, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared a Government road: 2 roods 12 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Oturu Block (S.O. 18507), Block II, Takahue Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39809, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
