Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 24B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shannon on Wednesday, the 5th day of July, 1916, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the southern portion of the block be sold to S. J. Pemberton, H. L. Pemberton, and G. C. Horresham for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otarata No. 2c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 6th day of July, 1916, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing 43 acres 1 rood 23 perches, be leased to Arthur Alexander Hollis for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £20 15s. per annum for the first ten years, and thereafter for the remainder of the term at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on a Government valuation to be made at the expiration of ten years, such revaluation to exclude improvements effected by the lessee during the first ten years of the term.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Iwituaroa Reserve will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitara on Tuesday, the 18th day of July, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the said land, or any part thereof, shall be accepted.”
