Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.


REGULATION No. 52.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kai-Iwi 5B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 14th day of June, 1916, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the following proposed alienation of the land shall be agreed to: Sale to Te Tue te Uawiri and Kuki Tautahi at the amount of the present Government value of the said land.”

REGULATION No. 52.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parapara 2B 2L will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 14th day of June, 1916, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Harry Waldo Collier, of Wanganui, farmer, for the sum of £3 5s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South D 5D, Section 3, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 6th day of June, 1916, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land, with the timber and bush thereon, be sold to Charles Phillip Smith, of Taumarunui, farmer, for the sum of £5 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rang’taiki, Lot 43B No. 6, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 6th day of June, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Lena Davies shall be agreed to.”
