NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between ALFRED BRIDGMAN and WILLIAM
BRIDGMAN, under the style or firm of “Bridgman and Bridg-
man,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 25th
day of December, 1915.

The business will in future be carried on by the said
WILLIAM BRIDGMAN, who will receive all accounts due to
the late firm and discharge all the liabilities of the late firm.

FORBURY PARK LAND COMPANY (LIMITED).

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of
the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of
the members of the above-named company will be held at
the office of Sievwright, James, & Nichol, Solicitors, High
Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the tenth day of February,
1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having
an account laid before them showing the manner in which
the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the
company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that
may be given by the Liquidators; and also of determining
by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books,
accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liqui-
dators thereof shall be disposed of.
