"(1.) That part of the Matahia Block be leased to Percy Marsh, for a term of thirty years at a rental of 10s. per acre per annum for the first ten years of the said term, 12s. per acre per annum for the second ten years of the said term, and 15s. per acre per annum for the third ten years of the said term.
"(2.) That part of the Matahia Block be leased to Lilian Mary Williams, wife of Kenneth Stuart Williams, of Matahia, sheep-farmer, on the same conditions as to term and rental as set forth in above proposed resolution to Percy Marsh. Locality and areas to be decided by the owners at the meeting."

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hinewhaki West or No. 2 Block will be held at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of February, 1916, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That a portion of Hinewhaki West or No. 2 Block be disposed of by way of gift or sale for the purposes of a church-site to the Waiapu Diocesan Board."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Touwai B No. 34 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo on Thursday, the 10th day of February, 1916, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be sold to George Albert Shepherd, of Whangaroa, farmer, for the sum of £1 per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Touwai No. A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo on Thursday, the 10th day of February, 1916, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be sold to Isaac Shepherd Hows at the price of £1 per acre."
