Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Te Iringa Block.
SECTION 4, Block IV, Marakopa Survey District: Area, 520 acres 3 roods 33 perches.
As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/52, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this nineteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Additional Land near Koromiko taken for the Purposes of the Picton-Hurunui Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Picton-Hurunui Railway to take further land near Koromiko, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 3 acres 1 rood 5 perches.
Portion of road (S.O.R. 310), Block III, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Picton Road District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 23525, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

ERRATUM.—In Schedule to Proclamation setting apart the Waoku Additional No. 2 Block for selection, published in Gazette No. 35, of the 30th March, 1916, on page 897, after the words “Block XI,” insert the words “Waoku Survey District.”
