NOTE.—Owners of any improvements will be allowed one month from date of sale in which to remove them if they do not become the purchasers of the lots on which the improvements are situated.
Locality and Description.
Raurimu is situated on the North Island Main Trunk Railway line, opposite the Raurimu Railway-station, about twenty-six miles south of Taumarunui and about thirty miles north of Raetihi. All the sections now under offer comprise open land more or less in grass; those in Block II have a watercourse on frontage to Poro Street (at present unformed), but have fair proportions of solid level land. In Block X, Sections 8 and 13, and in Block XI, Section 5, have small watercourses running through them. All the others are good, dry building-sites, fronting the main road.

Locality and Description.
Erua is situated on the Main Trunk Railway, thirty-six miles south of Taumarunui and fourteen miles north of Ohakune. The elevation is about 2,425 ft. above sea-level. The sections are all level, and covered with tussocks, rushes, flax, and native grass. Several sections are rather swampy, but can be easily drained. The Main Trunk Road passes through the town.

Locality and Description.
Waimarino is situated on the North Island Main Trunk Railway, thirty-one miles south of Taumarunui and twenty-one north of Ohakune. Sections are level, and covered with tussock and native grass. The elevation is about 2,630 ft. above sea-level.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Notifying Land in Wellington Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—KAITIEKE COUNTY.—
KAITIEKE SURVEY DISTRICT.
Rural Land.
SECTION 3, Block XIV: Area, 15 acres 3 roods; upset price, £48.
Situated in Kaitieke Block, the access being from Waimarino Railway-station, which is about twelve miles distant —eleven miles by formed dray-road partly metalled, and one mile by formed bridle-track. There is also access from Kaitieke Township to within a few chains of the section by seven miles of formed dray-road. All flat or undulating land, covered with light scrub, with soil of fairly good quality on sandstone and shingle formation.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
