Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Clive Suburban Section 305, Block III, Clive Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at intersection of east side of Grange Road and north side of tidal swamp opposite the westernmost corner of Lot 71, Deeds Plan 355 ; thence north-westerly along Grange Road to tidal basin; thence easterly along side of tidal basin and south-westerly along side of tidal swamp to point of commencement.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1062, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Land temporarily reserved in Elderslie No. 2 Settlement, Otago Land District, for a Site for a Public School.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
And whereas by the sixty-ninth section of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is further provided that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, set aside reserves for any specified public purpose out of land acquired under the last-mentioned Act, provided that no land so acquired shall be set aside for endowments :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Acts, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, being Section 18A, Elderslie No. 2 Settlement, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the northern corner of the junction of Burnside Road and Pine Hill Road; thence by Burnside Road, 313° 35', 333·1 links; by Section 11A, 40° 4', 297·8 links, 133° 6', 331·7 links, to Pine Hill Road; by said road, 219° 48', 301·1 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/18, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Land temporarily reserved in the Christchurch and Rolleston Survey Districts, Canterbury Land District, for Prison Purposes.

All those areas of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 0 roods 16 perches, 2 acres 0 roods 16 perches, 1 acre 1 rood 37 perches, and 15 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, adjoining or passing through Reserves 702, 2530, and 2531, and Lots 5 and 6, Prison Reserve (formerly Drayton Settlement), Blocks IX, Christchurch, and XII, Rolleston Survey Districts, and being all the land comprised in Proclamation No. 557, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/6B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Notifying Lands in Wellington Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Thursday, the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Locality and Description.
Manunui is situated about five miles from Taumarunui. The sections offered are within easy access from the Manunui Railway-station. Flat cleared land, with light pumiceous soil on papa formation.
