to be Trustees, in the place of Oscar Anderson and John Ewen Scott, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hanmer Plains Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Edwin Richard Turton, John Dodds, and Walter George Morrison, previously appointed.

of Cambridge, to be the Returning Officer and the person to prepare roll of electors for the purposes of the first election of five members of the Board of Trustees of the Tua-tua-moana Drainage District as constituted under the Land Drainage Act, 1908; also to appoint Wednesday, the twenty-sixth day of April, 1916, and the Monavale Schoolhouse to be the place, at which such first election shall be held; also to appoint Thursday, the 27th day of April, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, to be the time, and the Farmers’ Club Room, Duke Street, Cambridge, to be the place, at which the first meeting of the Board of Trustees so elected shall be held.
