Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Drury Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of March, 1916.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council, dated the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the Gazette of the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Drury Domain, and doth hereby appoint
THE FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
to be the Drury Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at half past nine o’clock a.m., as the time when, and the Franklin County Council Chambers, Hall Street, Pukekohe, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
DRURY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Allotment 85 of Section 8, Drury Township. Bounded towards the north by Allotment 22, Parish of Opaheke, 862·7 links; towards the south-east by Allotment 23 of the aforesaid parish, 704·2 links; towards the south-west by the abutment of a public road 100 links wide, and Allotments 81, 82, 83, and 84 of Section 8, Drury Township, 105·3 and 751·2 links respectively; and towards the west by the abutment of a public road, 100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1400/5A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 12109, blue.)

Domain Board to have Control of Le Bons Bay Domain.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this thirteenth day of March, 1916.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control Le Bons Bay Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
FREDERICK CHARLES ALDRIDGE,
SAMUEL WALLACE CROTTY,
WILLIAM DALGLISH,
ANTONIO FRANK LEONARDO, jun., and
JOHN PETER PETTERSON
to be the Le Bons Bay Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at 2 o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Hall, Le Bons Bay, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
LE BONS BAY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, and being section 32906, situated in Block VI, Okains Survey District, and bounded as follows: On the north-east by a road reserve along highwater-mark of Le Bons Bay, 1310·8 links; on the south-east by a road reserve along Le Bons Bay River, 677·7 links; on the south-west by Section 23960, 1322·4 links; and on the north-west by Section 35756, 848·7 links (and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 116, folio 235, Canterbury): be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/549, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Patutahi Town Domain.

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nine, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Patutahi Town Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

SAMUEL LYONS,
THOMAS EADE, and
WILLIAM MANSON,
to be the Patutahi Town Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the fourteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Patutahi, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
PATUTAHI TOWN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing 2 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Sections 17 to 20 and 24 to 30 inclusive, Patutahi Township. Bounded towards the north-east by Hall Street, 700 links; towards the south-east by Onslow Street, 500 links; towards the south-west by Atkinson Street, 400 links; towards the north-west by Section 21, said Patutahi Township, 250 links; again towards the south-west by Sections 21, 22, and 23, said Township of Patutahi, 300 links; and again towards the north-west by Biggs Street, 250 links.
Also all that area, containing 6 acres 2 roods 24 perches, more or less, being Sections 65 to 76 inclusive, Patutahi Township; Sections 102 to 113 inclusive, Patutahi Township; and closed road. Bounded towards the north-east by Seddon Street, 700 links; towards the south-east by Onslow Street, 950 links; towards the south-west by Hall Street, 700 links; and towards the north-west by Biggs Street, 950 links.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/286, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
