Declaring Portion of Kokako Road, in the Kaitieke County, to be a County Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of March, 1916.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, known as Kokako Road, commencing at a point twenty-five chains north of the boundary between Sections 2 and 3, Block XIII, Kaitieke Survey District, and proceeding generally in a southerly direction, fronting part Sections 2 and 3, Block XIII aforesaid, and terminating at a point twenty-four chains south of the boundary between Sections 2 and 3, Block XIII, Kaitieke Survey District, being a distance of forty-nine chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39784, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portion of Range Road South, in the Akitio County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of March, 1916.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Range Road South, in the Wellington Land District, Akitio County, commencing at its junction with Cross Road, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 22 and part 21, Block XI, Makuri Survey District, and terminating at a point about nine chains from the south-western boundary of the said Section 21, being a distance of 1 mile 40 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39778, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, to be a Government Road.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39689, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
