Land set apart for Disposal by Way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WALLACE COUNTY.—ALTON SURVEY DISTRICT.
Section 19, Block I: Area, 130 acres 1 rood 30 perches.
Section 20, Block I: Area, 125 acres 2 roods 36 perches.
Section 21, Block I: Area, 129 acres 2 roods 14 perches.
Section 22, Block I: Area, 130 acres 2 roods 18 perches.
Section 1, Block III: Area, 131 acres 2 roods 14 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this fourteenth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the pastoral lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, relating to small grazing-runs.
