Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XVI, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Bay of Islands County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Russell Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 2 roods 1 perch.
Portion of Otetao B Block (S.O. 18587), Block XVI, Russell Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39041, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this first day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Bruce County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Clarendon and Waihola Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 30 perches.
Portion of Section 18, Block VI, Clarendon Survey District.
Coloured on plan: Red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 36 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 18, Block VI, Clarendon Survey District, and 8, Block XXV, Waihola Survey District.
Coloured on plan: Green.
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39408, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Street in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
W HEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a street in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington:
And whereas the Wellington City Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map in duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington on and after the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Portion of Lot 71 on D.P. 392, part of Section 12 (Ohiro R.D.), City of Wellington.
Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39596, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon edged red.
