Council, within a period of thirty days after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Whenuakura-Waitotara Road Board, and such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the said Board for and on account of such County Council.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Patea County, Whenuakura-Waitotara Road District, known as Station Road, commencing at the southern boundary of Section 305, Block XII, Wairoa Survey District, and running in a southerly and easterly direction generally to the New Plymouth-Wanganui Railway line, being a distance of 53 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39322, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
