Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Aotea South 3c No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata on Thursday, the 3rd day of February, 1916, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to Taui Wetere for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 6s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Akau D 6B No. 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata on Thursday, the 3rd day of February, 1916, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £400.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 19 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Thursday, the 3rd day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be revested in the Native owners thereof.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 16 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Thursday, the 3rd day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be revested in the Native owners thereof.”

“That the said land be sold to Mary Ann Bryers at £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakarawerua A 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Friday, the 4th day of February, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to George William Kendall at 15s. per acre.”

“That the said land be sold to William Hobson Whitehead at 15s. per acre.”

“That the said land be sold to George Murray at the price of 15s. per acre.”

“That the said land be sold to Frank Duthie for the price of £1 per acre.”
