Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tauakira 2m No. 1A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 31st day of January, 1916, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“(1.) That a sale of the said lands to Arthur Stewart Burgess, of Wanganui, merchant, at the price of £2 10s. per acre be agreed to; or, in the alternative

“(2.) That a lease of the said lands to the said Arthur Stewart Burgess for forty-two years at a rental of 2s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and thereafter at a rental of £5 per centum on the then unimproved Government valuation, be agreed to.”

Dated at Wanganui this 6th day of January, 1916.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 5B No. 6B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Monday, the 31st day of January, 1916, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That Waimarino 5B 6B, containing 1,259 acres 1 rood 27 perches, be leased to Frank Stanford Collier for a term of forty-two years, from and inclusive of the date of confirmation of this resolution by the Aotea District Maori Land Board, at the yearly rental for the first twenty-one years of the said term of 5 per centum upon the present capital value of the said lands as disclosed by the Government valuation thereof now existing, and at the yearly rental for the remaining twenty-one years of the said term of 5 per centum upon the unimproved value of the said land as disclosed by the Government valuation thereof extant at the expiration of the first term of twenty-one years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumarunui Township will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Friday, the 28th day of January, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the whole of the township, or any one or more of the blocks or any portions thereof, be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moerangi No. 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata on Thursday, the 3rd day of February, 1916, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to Tai Rakera for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre.”
