LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 184 folio 119, of the Register-book, in favour of THOMAS RICHARD WILLOUGHBY GILL, of Panmure, Farmer, for Lot 1 on a plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office at Auckland under No. 201, and also part of Lot 10 on a plan deposited as aforesaid under No. 279, which said parcels of land are portions of Allotments 19, 20, 21, and 22 of Section 12 of the Suburbs of Auckland, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 10th day of February, 1916.
