SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 34·2 perches.
Being Subdivisions 42 to 46, shown on L.T. 8570, being portion of Church Mission Block, part of Section 1, Town of Tauranga (Borough of Tauranga), situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41470, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured pink (S.O. 19329).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this fourteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Appointing Members of the Surveyors Board under the Surveyors’ Institute and Board of Examiners Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of December, 1916.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE J. ALLEN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Surveyors’ Institute and Board of Examiners Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby appoint, as from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, the undermentioned persons to be members of the Surveyors Board constituted by the said Act, namely,—
THOMAS HUMPHRIES,
ROBERT THOMAS SADD,
HUBERT SLADDEN, and
JOSEPH CHARLES SIMMONDS,
the two first-named persons having been nominated by the Minister of Lands, and the two last-named persons having been nominated by the Council of the Institute of Surveyors, as required by the said Act.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District, to be a Government Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of December, 1916.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared a Government road: 7 acres 2 roods 15 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 6, part of Tokoroa No. 2 E.R., Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District (S.O. 19325).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41426, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block XVI, Mangaone Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh day of December, 1916.

THE HONOURABLE A. L. HERDMAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road, situated in the Wellington Land District, commencing at its junction with Benton’s Road, and proceeding thence in a southerly and then south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 3, 4, and 6, Block XVI, Mangaone Survey District, and terminating at the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 6; being a distance of 1 mile 76 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41464, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portion of the Raetihi–Ohakune Road, in the Waimarino County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh day of December, 1916.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road, in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, known as the Raetihi–Ohakune Road, commencing at the boundary of Sections 2 and 3, Block VIII, Makotuku Survey District, and proceeding generally in a westerly direction, fronting Sections 3, 4, 5, and part 6, Block VIII aforesaid, and terminating at a point thirty chains beyond the boundary of Sections 5 and 6, Block VIII, Makotuku Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 71 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41428, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
