THE following further amendments to the list (published
in the New Zealand Gazette of 26th October, 1916,
and 1st December, 1916) of goods prohibited to be imported
into the United Kingdom, except under license of the Board
of Trade, are notified for general information.
ADDITIONS TO LIST.
GOLD, manufactured or unmanufactured, including gold coin
and articles consisting partly of or containing gold.
(NOTE.—Gold consigned for delivery and sale to the Bank
of England is excepted.)

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908.—Notice
of Proposed Cancellation of Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in exercise
of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by
section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act,
1908, the registration of the Invercargill Master Bakers’ and
Pastrycooks’ Industrial Union of Employers will, unless
cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration
of six weeks from the date hereof.

is gazetted in accordance with regulations published in
the New Zealand Gazette of the 12th of August, 1915.
Objections to the claim set forth must be addressed to
“ The Registration Officer for School Colours, &c., Education
Department, Wellington,” and must be delivered at that
address within forty days of the date of the publication
hereof.

stripes; the black stripe 1¾ in. wide flanked by dark-red

Cap.—Black with dark-red band running round it and
school badge in front.
