SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 189 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less, being part of Section 20, Block XVII, D’Urville Survey District, originally part of Rangitoto 1B Block. Bounded towards the north-west by other part of Rangitoto 1B, 6217·7 links; towards the north-east by Rangitoto 2B 1 to the sea; towards the south-east by the sea; and towards the south-west by a right-of-way, 2400 links.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 53 acres, more or less, being Section 21, Block XI, D’Urville Survey District, originally part of Rangitoto 3B 2 Block. Bounded towards the north-east by Rangitoto 3B 1, 2007 links; towards the south-east by the sea; and towards the south-west and north-west by the other part of Rangitoto 3B 2, 1918·9 links and 3008 links respectively.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Amending Notice as to the Use of the Word “Anzac.”
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section thirty-three of the War Legislation Amendment Act, 1916, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the notice dated the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the thirty-first day of August then instant, prohibiting the use of the word “Anzac” in connection with any trade or business, shall not apply to the manufacture or sale, with the approval of the Attorney-General, of jewellery, ornaments, badges, or other articles having the word “Anzac” thereon, provided that such word is not used as or for the purposes of a registrable design, or a trade-mark, trade-name, or description of such articles.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Amendment to the Regulations under the Public Service Act, 1912 (Post and Telegraph Department).
IN pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon him by the Public Service Act, 1912, the Commissioner, with the approval of the Governor in Council, doth hereby make the following amendment to the regulations applicable to officers of the Post and Telegraph Department, made on the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, in the manner and to the extent set forth in the Schedule hereto.
Such amendment shall have effect from and after the date of publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
REGULATION No. 30 (a) is hereby amended by altering the figure “6” in the last line to “8.”
