Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XV, Aria Survey District, Ohura County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessees and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Ohura County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Aria Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 9·7 perches.
Portion of Section 26, Block XV, Aria Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41230, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured purple.

Stopping a Government Road in Block IV, Takahue Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 10 acres 0 roods 27·14 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections W. 21, E. 21, S.W. 17, S.E. 17, and 2, Kaiaka Parish (S.O. 18238), Block IV, Takahue Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38818, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

WHEREAS the Hutt River Board, being of the opinion that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Hutt, and not included in the Hutt River District (hereinafter referred to as “the said district”), are driving benefit from the drainage-works carried out by the said Board, did, in accordance with the provisions of section four of the River Boards Amendment
