DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between WILLIAM BURRILL and FREDERICK HELM, carrying on business at Hastings as Pastrycooks, under the style or firm of “Burrill & Helm,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of October, 1916. The said FREDERICK HELM will carry on the said business in his own name, and will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities of the said firm, and receive all moneys due and payable to it.

RAGLAN TOWN BOARD.

PURSUANT to section 39 of the Rating Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the Town District of Raglan taken on the 15th day of November, 1916, on the proposal that the system of rating in the said town district be on the unimproved value, the number of votes recorded for the proposal was 54, and the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 19.

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
