THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IX, Drury Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Franklin County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Drury Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 2 roods 21·6 perches.
Portion of Section 107, Waiuku E. Parish, Block IX, Drury Survey District (S.O. 18199).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41246, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks X and XIII, Town of Molyneux, Clutha County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Blocks X and XIII, Town of Molyneux, Clutha County;
And whereas the Clutha County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act;
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Counties Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Defining the Middle-line of a Branch Railway from the East Coast Main Trunk Railway from a Point in Repongaere A Block to a Quarry in Section 79, Block IV, Patutahi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS a branch railway from the East Coast Main Trunk Railway from a point in Repongaere A Block to a Quarry in Section 79, Block IV, Patutahi Survey District (hereinafter termed “the said railway”), is a railway the construction of which is authorized by the Railways Authorization Act, 1914; And whereas it has been determined to construct and maintain the said railway;
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and in exercise of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the said railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
