Land proclaimed as Roads, and Road closed, in Blocks XV, Maruia, and III, Burnett Survey Districts, Murchison County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessees and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Murchison County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as roads the land in Maruia and Burnett Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the roads described in the First Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROADS.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as roads:—

3 0 13, portion of Section 13, Block XV, Maruia Survey District; coloured pink.
9 3 0, portion of Section 7, Block III, Burnett Survey District; coloured purple.
2 2 22, portion of Section 16, Block XV, Maruia Survey District; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 0 roods 4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 16, Block XV, Maruia Survey District.
Coloured on plan: Green.

All situated in Nelson R.D.
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40467, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block X, Hakataramea Survey District, Waimate County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waimate County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Hakataramea Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches.
Portion of Section 28072, Block X, Hakataramea Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41155, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Raglan County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Karioi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
