Special Order made by the Cheviot County Council defining Boundaries of Hawkswood and Parnassus Ridings.

THE following special order, made by the Cheviot County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Act, 1908.

CHEVIOT COUNTY.
In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 23 and 60 of the Counties Act, 1908, the Cheviot County Council resolves by way of special order, and by the following resolution made by the said Council on the 14th October, 1916, namely:—
That the Chief Surveyor’s descriptions of the boundaries of the Hawkswood and Parnassus Ridings of the County of Cheviot be embodied in the special order instead of those already included.
And that the Schedule referred to in the special order made by the Cheviot County Council on the 13th day of June, 1914, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 30th July, 1914, be cancelled, and that the following amended description defining the boundaries between the Hawkswood and Parnassus Ridings be embodied in the special order instead of those already included.
