Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Palmerston North Municipal Brass Band is no longer carrying on its operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

AUCKLAND HARBOUR.—DREDGING OFF ALBERT WHARF AND FREEMAN’S BAY RECLAMATION.

Wellington, N.Z., 24th October, 1916.
THE Auckland Harbour Board have notified that the dredger “Hapai” is moored immediately to the north-west of the end of Albert Wharf, and will work in a southerly direction towards the Market Landings, and has six moorings laid out in N., S., E., and W. directions.
Also that suction dredge No. 2 has been removed from Mechanic’s Bay, and is now moored approximately 300 ft. to the north-eastward of the north-east corner of Freeman’s Bay Reclamation. It has six moorings laid out in N., S., E., and W. directions, and is also connected with the reclamation by a line of pipes resting on small punts.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners appointed to classify and report upon lands in Marlborough Land District have classified the pastoral runs in the Schedule hereto as therein noted, and the classification has been approved by His Excellency the Governor under section 225 of the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
Class A.—Pastoral Lands.
Being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage and not capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than 5,000 Sheep.
Run 107A, Marlborough County: Area, 34,000 acres; Crown land.
Run 109, Marlborough County: Area, 34,100 acres; national endowment.

Lands in Canterbury Land District for Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands are open for sale or lease to discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, and the regulations thereunder; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, 5th December, 1916.
The lands may be purchased for cash or on deferred payments, or selected on lease for thirty-three years, with right of renewal for further successive terms of thirty-three years and a right to acquire the freehold.
Applicants must appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, on Thursday, 7th December, 1916, at 10 o’clock a.m.
The ballot will be held at the conclusion of the examination of applicants.

Weighted with £200, valuation for improvements consisting of buildings, fencing, well, pump, fruit-trees, &c.
Good flat agricultural land. Access from Waimate by good road, one mile and a quarter.

Good flat agricultural land. Access by good road, one mile from Hornby Railway-station.
