Amending Regulations for the Conservation and Use of Hanmer Springs Sanatorium, Thermal Springs, and Grounds.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-twenty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do by this notification revoke the fees for games contained in the First Schedule of Regulations for the Conservation and Use of the Hanmer Springs Sanatorium, Thermal Springs, and Grounds, made on the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and do hereby substitute the following in lieu thereof, to come into operation on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, viz. :
For Tennis: 4d. per player for each set; commutation ticket for twelve sets, 3s.; season ticket, 25s.
For Croquet: 9d. per player for each game or two-hours play; commutation ticket for twelve games, 7s. 6d.; season ticket, 27s. 6d.
For Hire of Playing-material: 3d. per player for each game.
For Hire of Shoes: 3d. per pair per game.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

tively, and do hereby substitute the following in lieu thereof, to come into operation on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, viz. :
The charges for players’ tickets shall be—
For Bowls: 9d. per player for each game; commutation ticket for twelve games, 7s. 6d.; season ticket, 30s.
For Tennis: 4d. per player for each set; commutation ticket for twelve sets, 3s.; season ticket, 25s.
For Croquet: 9d. per player for each game or two-hours play; commutation ticket for twelve games, 7s. 6d.; season ticket, 27s. 6d.
For Hire of Playing-material: 3d. per player for each game.
For Hire of Shoes: 3d. per pair per game.
For Hire of Locker: 6d. per week, or 3s. 6d. per annum.

THE following school colours have been registered in accordance with regulations published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 12th of August, 1915.

SOUTHLAND BOYS’ HIGH SCHOOL, INVERCARGILL.
Colours.—Band 1½ in. wide in red, white, and navy horizontal stripes; the white stripe ¼ in. wide, flanked by the red stripe ¼ in. wide and the navy stripe ¾ in. wide.
Badge.—Red shield bordered with blue and white bands; monogram “S.H.S.” in silver on the shield.
Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Miramar Municipal Brass Band Incorporated Society is no longer carrying on its operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
