by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the fees for games specified in the Third Schedule attached to the Order in Council made on the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and gazetted on the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and doth hereby substitute the following in lieu thereof, to come into operation on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, viz. :—
For Bowls: 9d. per player for each game; commutation ticket for 12 games, 7s. 6d.; season ticket, 30s.
For Tennis: 4d. per player for each set; commutation ticket for 12 sets, 3s.; season ticket, 25s.
For Croquet: 9d. for each game or two-hours play; commutation ticket for 12 games, 7s. 6d.; season ticket, 25s.
For Hire of Playing-material: 3d. per player for each game.
For Hire of Shoes: 3d. per pair per game.
For Hire of Locker: 6d. per week, or 3s. 6d. per annum.

Approving a Company under Section 22 of the Administration Act, 1908.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it is provided by section twenty-two of the Administration Act, 1908, that the security of any incorporated company or guarantee society approved by the Governor in Council may be accepted by the Court as the security required to be given by an administrator or other person appointed to administer an estate under the above-mentioned Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-recited power and authority, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve, for the purpose above mentioned, of the following incorporated company, namely:—

Declaring Land to be no longer subject to Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of October, 1916.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor in Council may from time to time by Order in Council declare that any land subject to Part XIV or XV of the Native Land Act, 1909, and vested in a Maori Land Board, shall no longer be subject to such Parts of that Act, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto, and known as Kaurinui No. 2 Block, is now, by virtue of an Order in Council made on the third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and by virtue of the provisions of section two hundred and thirty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, subject to Part XIV of the said Act, and vested in the Tokerau District Maori Land Board accordingly:
And whereas the Governor is satisfied that the said land is not subject to any lease, license, contract for sale, or other alienation, and that no moneys are charged on the said land or on the revenue thereof in accordance with the said Act or under any other authority:
And whereas it is expedient that the said land should cease to be subject to Part XIV of the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 54 acres, more or less, situated in the Russell Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Kaurinui No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the north-east by a stream, towards the south-east by Crown land, towards the south-west by a stream, and towards the north-west by the Kaurinui Creek.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of October, 1916.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, a majority of the ratepayers in the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the Counties of Ohinemuri and Thames, have presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the said area be constituted a drainage district under the provisions of the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a district for the purposes of Part I of the said Act, and to be called by the name of the “Hauraki Drainage District”; and also, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the fourth section of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the Board of Trustees of the said district shall consist of five persons to be elected as members of the said Board, and under and in accordance with the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
HAURAKI DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Waihou River, the said point being the north-eastern corner of the Wharetoa Block; thence along the northern boundary of that block and the north-eastern boundary of Pirau West Block to its northernmost corner; thence along the western boundaries of Pirau West, Wharemaho, Ngataipuaa, Te Awamawhanga, Kaipapaka, Oparia No. 1, Rautawhiri, Haerewatea No. 2, Haerewatea, Raupoiti No. 2, Raupoiti No. 3, Awakahawai, Ngaruerue, Kairere, Tahanui, Kauri, Motumotuahi, Putanui, Urumatonga, Manuka, and Kurunui Blocks to the easternmost corner of Section No. 3, Block VII, Waihou Survey District; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block VII aforesaid, and that boundary produced to Wairau No. 3 Block; thence along the northern and north-eastern boundaries of that block, the northern and eastern boundaries of Kaikahu No. 1b 1 and the eastern boundary of Kaikahu No. 1b 2 Block, and that boundary produced to Te Awaiti No. 2c 1 Block; along part of the northern boundary of that block and the western boundary of Kaikahu No. 4 Block to Allotment No. 6 on L.T. plan No. 8682 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; along the southern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 6, 5, and 2 on plan No. 8682 aforesaid to the left bank of the Waihou River; and thence along the left bank of that river to the north-eastern corner of the Wharetoa Block, the place of commencement.
