Revoking the Vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Opotiki County of a Plantation Reserve, Lots 239, 240, 241, and 242 of Section 1, Town of Opotiki, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of October, 1916.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Opotiki County, in trust, as a reserve for plantation purposes, by an Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and two, and published in Gazette of the thirtieth day of that month, in pursuance of section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881, but a certificate of title has not issued in respect of the said reserve:
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked in so far as it relates to the said land, and the Opotiki County Council has duly consented to such revocation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection two of section three of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1914, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 2 perches, being Lots 239, 240, 241, and 242 of Section 1, Town of Opotiki.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Dauntless Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
DAUNTLESS PARK DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allotment 62A, Parish of Ruapekapeka, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 32 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east generally by a public road, 962·5 links, 200·3 links, and 201 links; and towards the south-west generally by a public road, 1205·9 links and 13·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/344A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink. (Auckland Plan No. 18822.)

War Relief Association of Kaikoura incorporated under the War Funds Act, 1915.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of October, 1916.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section twelve of the War Funds Act, 1915 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), it is provided that the Governor may, by Order in Council gazetted, incorporate a society possessing a war fund, or the trustees of such fund: And whereas application, in writing addressed to the Minister, has been made by the War Relief Association of Kaikoura (being an association possessing a war fund), praying for the incorporation of that association:
And whereas it is considered desirable to grant such application:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the association known as the War Relief Association of Kaikoura is hereby incorporated for the purposes of the said Act as from the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, and shall be known as the “War Relief Association of Kaikoura.”

Appointing Commissioners to classify Pastoral Runs in Nelson Land District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

FREDERICK AUGUSTUS THOMPSON
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural lands in the Nelson Land District known as Pastoral Runs 60, D’Urville Run, and 61, Sabine Run, containing 25,000 acres, as provided by the said section two hundred and twenty-five.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
