Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakataha 3B No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohaeawai on Friday, the 25th day of February, 1916, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Ida Maioha, wife of Sam Maioha, jun., of Kaikohe, for a term of twenty-one years, at the yearly rental of 1s. per acre, together with right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at the rate of 5 per cent. on the then Government valuation of the land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharauangi Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Masterton on Wednesday, the 23rd day of February, 1916, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to Zoe Riddiford for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 14s. 7d. per acre for the first seven years, 5 per cent. on the Government valuation in 1923 for the second seven years, and 5 per cent. on the Government valuation in 1930 for the third seven years; provided, however, that the rental for the second and third terms shall not be less than 14s. 7d. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Himatangi 2A No. 7c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaki on Thursday, the 24th day of February, 1916, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to Ainslie Knight Barber for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental equal to 5 per cent. on the Government valuation for the first ten years, and 5 per cent. on the Government valuation in 1925 for the residue of the term; any improvements effected by the lessee during the first term of ten years to be excluded from the valuation in 1925.”
