IN pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, I hereby summon a special meeting of the Tokerau District Maori Land Board to be held at Kaitaia on Friday, the 18th day of February, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering and ascertaining the views of the various Native owners in the Oharae Block in respect of a proposed sale to Frank Thomas.

All owners are hereby required to attend this meeting.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihou A No. 8C No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rangiahua on Saturday, the 26th day of February, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the northern portion of this block, containing about 400 acres, be sold to William Edward Alexander and Joseph Gower Alexander for the sum of £1 per acre or Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangihamaama F will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Wednesday, the 23rd day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Patrick James Tobin, of Kaikohe, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 12s. 6d. per acre per annum.”

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuhuna No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Wednesday, the 23rd day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Lurline Maude Dobbs, of Kaikohe, for a term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years, at a rental of 8s. 6d. per acre per annum or 5 per cent. on present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungakawakawa No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Wednesday, the 23rd day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Hone Waipuna, of Kaikohe, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre or at 5 per cent. on present valuation, whichever be the greater.”

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moturua Island will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Saturday, the 26th day of February, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Ida Maioha, of Kaikohe, and Wi Hakaraia, farmer, of Rawhiti, for a term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further term of twenty-one years, at a yearly rental of 5 per cent. on present Government valuation.”

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukekahkatoa No. 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Friday, the 18th day of February, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be transferred to Hone Mare, of Takahue, by way of gift.”
