feited by resolution of the Nelson Land Board, the said
lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the pro-
visions of the Land Act, 1908.

and that if the rent overdue thereon, together with the full
amount of the penalty, be not paid within three months
from the date of the insertion of this notice in the Gazette,
the license will be declared forfeited.

pointed under section 225 of the Land Act, 1908, to
classify and report on rural lands in Southland Land
District have classified the pastoral runs enumerated in
the Schedule hereto as therein noted.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage and not
capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carry-
ing-capacity of less than 5,000 Sheep.

Run No. 515: Area, 1,000 acres.
Situated in Block 1, Anglem District, Stewart Island
County. Bounded towards the north-east by Foveaux
Strait; towards the east and south-east generally by the
aforesaid Foveaux Strait, Town of Rakiura, Sections 3, 4,
and 5, and Port William; towards the south by the south
boundary of Anglem District; towards the west by a line
due north and 110 chains west of Trig. A: all in Anglem
District.
Run No. 143: Area, 5,710 acres.
Situated in Wairio District, Wallace County. Bounded
towards the north and west generally by Sections 16, 92, 33,
88, 32, 238; towards the east by Sections 84, 87. 15, and the
north-western boundary of said Section 15 continued south-
west to the edge of Woodlaw Forest; towards the south-
west by the Woodlaw Forest: all in Wairio District.
Run No. 133: Area, 3,285 acres.
Situated in Wairio District, Wallace County. Bounded
towards the west generally by Run 143 and Section 15; to-
wards the north-east generally by Sections 171, 170, and
192; towards the south-east generally by Sections 36, 86, 35,
and 29; towards the south-west generally by the Woodlaw
Forest: all in Wairio District.
Run No. 119A: Area, 2,400 acres.
Situated in Hokonui District, Southland County, being
five detached areas bounded generally towards the north by
freehold land, towards the east by freehold land, towards the
south by the Otamita Stream and freehold land, and to-
wards the west by freehold land.
Run No. 119A (1): Area, 430 acres.
Situated in Hokonui District, Southland County. Bound-
ed towards the north generally by Sections 545 and 106,
towards the east and south generally by the Otamita.
Stream, and towards the west by Section 300: all in Hoko-
nui District.
Run No. 119B: Area, 2,560 acres.
Situated in Hokonui District, Southland County, being
three detached areas bounded towards the north and east
generally by freehold land; towards the south generally by
freehold land and Forest Hill Hundred; and towards the
west generally by Section 798, the Lora Stream, and
Sections 845 and 844, Hokonui District.
Run No. 119C: Area, 3,170 acres.
Situated in Hokonui District, Southland County, being
two detached areas bounded towards the north and west
generally by freehold land; and towards the south and
west generally by freehold land, Section 750, the Gore
Domain, and State Forest: all in Hokonui District,
