Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hakota No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Wednesday, the 15th day of November, 1916, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Arthur William Kirk shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 7th day of October, 1916.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tumu-Kaituna No. 8B 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 6th day of November, 1916, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to James Robert Tait shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to John MacPherson and Pera Meihana shall be agreed to.”
