REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oamaru No. 1c will be held in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opotiki on Monday, the 20th day of November, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaparaoa No. 1b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaparaoa on Saturday, the 18th day November, 1916, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase a portion of the said land containing 150 acres shall be accepted.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Kuaha Waititi and Hirina Waititi shall be agreed to.”
