of the lessees and mortgagees of the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, and of the Wallace County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land
is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the
said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents
as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur
William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the
consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and of the Tauranga Borough Council, being the
local authority in whose district the said land is situated,
proclaim as a street the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
street: 1 rood 9.5 perches.
Portion of Lot 1 of Section 1, Town of Tauranga.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/12B,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Auck-

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown
land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the
same is hereby set apart for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito
Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on
the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and
sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of
August, then instant, setting apart the areas of Crown
land described in the Schedule hereto, for selection by
discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.
