A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Levels County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Arowhenua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

0 0 9·6, portion of R.S. 7475; coloured purple.
0 1 33 " 2094 " pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 18 perches.
Adjoining or passing through R.S. 2094.
Coloured on plan: Green.
All situated in Block X, Arowhenua Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).
All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40830, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40633, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Stopping a Government Road in Block VI, Aria Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped: 2 acres 2 roods 2·1 perches and 3 roods 21·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 16 and 17, Block VI, Aria Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40866, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
