Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Piraunui 1B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Monday, the 30th day of October, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That Piraunui 1B No. 1, containing 32 acres 1 rood 24 perches, be leased to Patrick Leahy, of Waitotara, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years, computed from the confirmation of this resolution by the Board, at the yearly rental of 8s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Piraunui 1A 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Monday, the 30th day of October, 1916, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That Piraunui 1A 2A, containing 40 acres 1 rood 15 perches, be leased to Patrick Leahy, of Waitotara, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years, computed from the confirmation of this resolution by the Board, at the yearly rental of 16s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Makowhai No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Monday, the 30th day of October, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said block of land be sold to Charles William Tyler, of Ngamatapouri, farmer, at a price equal to £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Orokawa No. 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakapara on Wednesday, the 11th day of October, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Neha Hakaraia, of Rawhiti, Russell, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years, at a yearly rental of 2s. per acre or 5 per cent. on present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Punakitare No. 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 10th day of October, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to John Allan Stuart, of Kaikohe, contractor, for a term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years, at yearly rental of 3s. per acre or 5 per cent. on present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

“ That the said land be leased to Akaripa Pou, of Kaikohe, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years, at a yearly rental of 2s. 6d. per acre or 5 per cent. on present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

“ That the said land be sold to Hone Waipuna, of Kaikohe, farmer, for the sum of £120, being the amount of present Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kotuku B No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 10th day of October, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Charles Nisbet, of Auckland, bush supervisor, at the price of £2 per acre or the Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kotuku B No. 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday, the 10th day of October, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the millable timber on the said land, with the exception of totara and puriri, be sold to the Kauri Timber Company (Limited) at a royalty of 6d. per 100 superficial feet.”
