Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukenui No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the following proposed alienation of the land shall be agreed to: Sale to John O’Halloran, of Makirikiri, farmer, at the amount of the present Government valuation thereof.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oahurangi 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 1916, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“That the said land be sold to Agnes O’Neill, of Wanganui, spinster, at a price equal to £6 per acre; or, in the alternative
“That the said land be leased to Agnes O’Neill, of Wanganui, spinster, for a term of twenty-one years at the annual rental equal to 6s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Koiro No. 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Thursday, the 26th day of October, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“That the said land be sold to Hopeful Gibbons, of Wanganui, brewer, at a price equal to £2 an acre; or, in the alternative
“That the said land be leased to Hopeful Gibbons, of Wanganui, brewer, for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value for last twenty-one years.”

REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangataua 2B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi on Friday, the 27th day of October, 1916, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the block of land known as Rangataua 2B No. 2 be sold to Rose Ellena Punch, of Raetihi, spinster, at a price equal to the Government valuation of the same (£608).”

REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino 5B No. 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 1916, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Martha Craig for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental for the first twenty-one years of 5 per cent. of the Government valuation, and for the remaining twenty-one years of 5 per cent. of the unimproved value at the beginning of the second term.”
